About Equipments

Murakami Seiki performs not only parts machining but enables to process up to assembling.
In order to perform ultra-precision assembling, we must provide exact precision of the machining parts. However, in-process inspection, the accuracy of the inspection equipments, and the technical skills of experienced craftsmen are required as well.
Our company succeeded in developing its own automatic machine and it has enabled us to improve efficiency and to enhance the precision of machining processes.

It is German 5 simultaneous axis-processing machine.

This machine enables high-precision processing of complex shapes.

This can also perform such complex three-dimensional shape processing, electronic and mold components, artificial bones, aerospace components, components for power generation and complex materials etc. With this machine these are processable at high speed and precisely.

The mainframe of this machine are made of artificial stone. The artificial stone is elastic because it is made from special materials such as grains of stones.
Because the mainframe is made of artificial stone, the limit for the gross weight of the processing goods can be up to 1 ton.

The spindle which can control thermal error The spindle which can control thermal error

In general,a spindle of the processor spins at high speed and this brings about a thermal expansion which is the cause of precision lose.
Japanese processors are often installed with water cooling system and this causes the precision lose in machining as well.
As one of the unique characteristics of C30U, 6 sensors are positioned at the spindle which can sense margins of error caused by thermal expansion.
With that data, the machine automatically recalculates within its own parameter to control functions. This enables a high-precision machining.

Astounding machining speed

Its superiority in processing speed to other processors is another characteristic of this machine.
Shortening the machining time brings about thermal expansion which causes precision lose. However C30U enables machining without losing its precision since it can process as it calculates margin of error caused by thermal expansion.
